Brand upgrade and online presence for the First Aid School Berlin by Christina Maddocks by INVICTUS

Christina Maddock's First Aid School offers practical and multilingual first aid courses in Berlin. All important areas from fire safety to proper first aid are covered.

Our Task

The task was to provide a better overview, orientation, and usability on the website and to populate it with high-quality content.

  • New website structure
  • User-friendly web design
  • SEO optimisation
  • Video shoot

Project Goals

  • Good market positioning and visibility
  • Better audience targeting through campaigns
  • Established LinkedIn presence

The Challenges

Until now, she has been working with a one-page website, which made it challenging to present a clear structure for the multitude of courses. In addition, it proved very difficult to target the page for advertising.

Implementation

To make the Erste Hilfe Schule Berlin more visually and digitally appealing, and to ensure better navigation, INVICTUS took the following measures:

  • Website Relaunch and Branding Development of a new website structure, providing a structured overview of the various courses. Registration and navigation have been significantly improved through clear sub-pages and descriptive texts, which simultaneously allows for optimal orientation on the site, both on the web and responsively.
  • SEO For improved SEO performance, we initially integrated many descriptive, content-relevant, and SEO-optimised texts on the website. Sticky buttons ensure that actions via the most important CTAs, as well as the option to switch to an accessible website, are possible throughout the entire site.
  • Photo and video shoot As part of a shoot, we filmed a welcome video for the homepage and integrated all previous customers and their feedback on the website.
