In the 2017 Staufenbiel study, HR departments in 297 companies were surveyed about emerging trends in recruiting processes, the shortage of skilled workers, and employer branding. With ongoing digitalisation, processes and the expectations of potential applicants are changing. In terms of potential employees, their demands on the world of work have shifted.
