KARA Immobilien GmbH is an established real estate service provider that has been successfully brokering properties across the German-speaking part of Switzerland and in Ticino since 2013.

Our Task

INVICTUS was commissioned to develop a comprehensive corporate design to modernize the brand image of KARA Immobilien and strengthen its recognizability.

Project Goals

Establishment of a unified and professional brand identity
Support of trade show appearances and marketing with appealing materials

Implementation

For the Kara Immobilien GmbH, we developed a new corporate design. In the first step, we worked on the company font, colors, and logo. Building on this, we created the business stationery and corporate brochure, equipped with the appropriate wording. To present the company image holistically, we designed the new website as well as various marketing materials for trade show presentations – pop-up banners, roll-ups, and trade show counters. Additionally, Kara Immobilien received a branded DIN A4 company notepad, matching giveaways, and press kits.
