Trendyandnew – Innovative Social Media Marketing for Maximum Reach

The start-up trendyandnew is based in Berlin and offers everyday products to help reduce plastic consumption in the household. The range includes stainless steel bottles with thermal insulation and FSC-certified acacia wood lids as well as glass bottles etc. The aim of the project was to establish a strong social media presence, position the brand and address the target group in a targeted manner.

 

 

Our Task

The central task was to develop and implement an innovative communication strategy for TrendyandNew. This included:

  • Analyzing the initial situation to identify strengths, weaknesses, competitors and target groups.
  • Defining a clear USP to differentiate yourself in a highly competitive market.
  • Building a convincing social media presence to increase brand awareness and promote sales.

The Challenges

For a start-up, the first step is to analyze the initial situation sufficiently to know the strengths and weaknesses of the company, the competitors and the target group to be addressed. In addition, there was no clearly defined USP, as the products could be categorized in a well-developed market. The challenge was to develop and implement an innovative strategy to reach TrendyandNew's target audience across all relevant channels.

Implementation

We conducted a comprehensive analysis of the initial situation in order to successfully design a target group-oriented communication strategy. Based on this data, we developed an action plan to implement the strategy. To build a social media presence, increase brand awareness and drive sales, we leveraged the defined social media channels with content we created.

The design played a decisive role in gaining the trust of the target groups and appropriately representing the TRENDY AND NEW brand and the company's high-quality products.

We also organized a photo shoot to provide high quality product photos for social media channels and the website. We also produced videos that could be used to create social ads. The social media presence also benefited from this.

Our agency primarily took care of the Social media marketing : took on the responsibility of creating and publishing content on a regular basis, allowing the company's staff to focus on its core business.

The established social media presence is a key component of the company's digital marketing strategy. It represents direct communication with the target group and creates long-term customer loyalty.
