The Scherzhaus in Köniz, a suburb of Bern, combines over 400 years of tradition with modern event culture. In addition to its bistro offering a diverse selection of food and drinks, Scherzhaus provides spaces for private and business events. With an in-house delicatessen shop and regular events, Scherzhaus has established itself as one of the most popular venues in the region.
The goal was to clearly position the Scherzhaus as a multifunctional venue and brand, efficiently promoting its various business areas. The aim was to retain loyal customers and attract new target audiences, particularly for events.
To market the various occasions and spaces under one name, the different businesses were brought together under the name Scherzhaus. This not only simplifies external perception but also the marketing strategy. For Scherzhaus, INVICTUS created a new, independent website that now combines the different elements of Scherzhaus: the bistro, event venues, events, and the Locanda Nobile delicatessen shop.
These are now actively promoted through social media and Google Ads, targeting both existing customers and attracting new ones. The audience is also regularly updated via organic posts on various social media channels about upcoming events or new menu items.
Additionally, existing customers are informed about key highlights in the upcoming month through a monthly newsletter. To attract new prospects for the event venue, INVICTUS also used email marketing to reach out to local businesses and raise awareness about the diverse offerings of Scherzhaus.
Since the collaboration with INVICTUS, Scherzhaus has experienced a significant increase in leads, which is why the cooperation continues across various projects.
