DIG AG: Market Leader Positioning and Marketing Strategy by Invictus

The DIG AG is a leading provider of business process outsourcing (BPO) and serves over 400 clients in the DACH region. With its market-leading position in Austria in the field of electronic business transactions (e-procurement, e-billing, e-signature), it offers innovative solutions for the digitalization and optimization of business processes.

Our Task

INVICTUS supported DIG in positioning itself as a market leader and multinational player. In 2007, DIG AG chose to collaborate with Invictus. The goal of the partnership was to support the development of the sales and marketing departments for the DACH region, as well as the establishment of a company office in Berlin.

Implementation

INVICTUS was responsible for Inside Sales & Telemarketing, as well as Key Account Management. In addition, Invictus managed the website, press work, marketing, newsletters, and social media activities for DIG. A highlight was the annual organization of various events, from corporate events to trade fairs & congresses, as well as internal events.

In 2010, Stefan Roggatz took over the sales management and consulting for DIG AG. The marketing team of Invictus was responsible for the complete rebranding (corporate design) after the company was transformed into a public limited company. From 2012 to 2013, Stefan Roggatz served as the interim manager for the management of DIG AG.
